The god of darkness Ptah

PTAH OF DARKNESS

Ptah is the patron of the triad of Memphis, married to the goddess Sekmet ;the lion goddess of war and their son is Nefertem who wears the lotus flower. The origin of the god Ptah is not known until today by Egyptologists:  some of them believe that he is one of the most ancient gods, the sacred symbol is the bull Apis, some students say that Ptah was the creator of the sun and the moon because there is a text prayer that mentions that his right eye is the sun and the left is the moon.
Some entries in a granite stele from the  Dynasty 25, say that Ptah was the ancient god of the earth of Memphis, the first capital of all Egypt joined by the first pharaoh Menes . Ptah is presented in many texts as the creator of himself and the father of all the other gods. It was believed that he was the supplier of food and supplies and all the other blessings that help mortals to live a happy life. Many ancient myths join with other ancient, gods Ptah and Osiris, for example. Ptah was the god of goodness, darkness or the underworld, for that reason in Abu Simbel  the sun enters two times every year over all the other statues except the statue of Ptah ,it is never touched , is a mystery of astronomy

The ancient Egyptians had a custom of ritual for the dead before burrying him
, Is the rite of opening the mouth to give the breath of eternity and to talk by answering the questions of the gods on Judgement Day to get the paradise of Osiris. Do not be surprised if I say that this rite was a native of Ptah who will did before but with a knife to the mouth of the recently dead person, as some students call  Ptah as the god of resurrection
Ptah was the god of the two lands, the creator of the earth, the god of the beautiful face, the lord of the magic and the lord of justice, the patron of artisans, blacksmiths, artists, carpenters, constructure, stonecutters, sculptors. Ptah is depicted as a bearded bald man with a tight white dress like a mummy and kept their hands a royal scepter along with three symbols:
1-The key of life means eternal life
2-The curved rod which means the power and strength
3-The backbone of Osiris which means stability, and standing on the platform associated with Maat with a flower that symbolizes happiness gracefully hanging from the back of  neck
. Ptah protected Egypt through some miracles. For example, in a myth, Assyrians wanted to conquer Egypt. Mesopotamian armies approached Pelusium city, its inhabitants asked Ptah for help. When night came and the invaders had set up camp, Ptah had ordered an army of rats came into silence in the Assyrian camp. The rats gnawed through the bowstrings and shield straps. At dawn, the Assyrians had discovered that they had been unarmed and fled.
The great temple of Ptah at Memphis but it was destroyed by the Persians, but there are other temples in other areas dedicated to Ptah

The egyptian tourism is the super tourism
